As the President of Vigil Health Solutions Inc., Mr. Griffiths provides leadership and direction for the Company utilizing his experience in technology, long term care and entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to being appointed President, Mr. Griffiths held both the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure as CFO, Mr. Griffiths was active in the company's financing activities, including a direct role in the public offering in 2003. Concurrent with this as COO, Mr. Griffiths lead the operations of the organization which involved successful product development, project implementation and delivery of world class customer service. Mr. Griffiths holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, B.C. and a Certified Managerial Accounting designation.

Nicola Chalmers, MA

Ms. Chalmers is the Chief Financial Officer of Vigil and has also served as Secretary since November 1999. Ms. Chalmers has a Masters of Arts degree in Political Economy from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. Ms. Chalmers began her career in the United Kingdom as a Research Assistant with the Natwest Securities. Prior to working for Vigil Ms. Chalmers worked for Custom House Currency in Victoria, British Columbia

Jacquie Brennan, BComm

Ms. Brennan brings comprehensive knowledge of all facets of training including program development and implementation; as well as extensive management experience in service related industries. Ms. Brennan has traveled at length and worked in various countries including Australia, Indonesia and the United Kingdom. While working for British Telecom in London, she was able to further her knowledge of client services and training from an international perspective. Ms. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, B.C.

Steven Smith,B.Sci.
Vice President, Research and Development

Mr. Smith brings over twenty years experience in technology development leading high caliber talent in designing and integrating complex systems. His experience at astronomy facilities and cutting edge commercial device firms encompasses software/computing systems; controlling mechanical, optical, radio frequency, electronic and information systems. He started his career working for several telescope facilities, including the Canada-France-Hawaii telescope on the island of Hawaii. Prior to joining Vigil, Mr. Smith was a manager at TruePosition (a cellular telephone location company), and Applied Materials (a semiconductor equipment company). Mr. Smith received his Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.


Greg Peet, BComm

Prior to June 2004, Mr. Peet served as Vice President and General Manager of McKesson Medical Imaging Group in McKesson Information Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of the McKesson Corp. ("McKesson") from July 2002 upon McKesson's acquisition of A.L.I. Technologies Inc. ("ALI") (now doing business as McKesson Medical Imaging) where he served as Chairman (since March 2001), President (since August 1998), Chief Executive Officer (since January 1994) and as a director (since November 1993). Prior to joining ALI, Mr. Peet was President of Enterprise Technologies Corp. from 1992. He began his career with the Royal Bank of Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Harry Jaako, B.Eng.

Mr. Jaako is co-founder, co-Chief Executive Officer and a director of Discovery Capital Corporation (TSX-VN:DVY) established in 1986. Mr. Jaako has over 20 years' experience in advising entry-stage technology companies, in managing technology sector investment funds, in sourcing, analyzing and closing venture capital investment opportunities and in structuring funding products for technology companies. Mr. Jaako was appointed a Public Governor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange (now the TSX Venture Exchange) in 1998, became an Independent Director of the TSX Venture Exchange in November 1999, and became an Independent Director of the Toronto Stock Exchange in August 2001, now the TSX Group, Inc.

Stephen Martin, CA

Mr. Martin has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of CardioComm Solutions Inc (TSX-VN:CCG) a medical software company, from September 1998 to June 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Martin was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Harley Street Software Ltd. now CardioComm Solutions Inc. from December 1994 to March 1998. Mr. Martin is also Principal of Stephen R. Martin & Associates since May 1991. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queens University and a Chartered Accountant Designation.
