During these uncertain times with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we at Vigil Health Solutions want to reassure our customers that the health and well-being of your staff and residents continues to be our top priority. We are thinking of those that have already been affected and want to do our part to slow the spread.
While the products you receive from us do not pose a health risk, during this time we have added enhanced measures to ensure that any Vigil products shipped to your community have been safely handled and prepackaged for a minimum of 48 hours prior to shipping. As such, depending on demand, overnight shipments may take slightly longer. Please take that into consideration if you do not have spares on hand.
We have also implemented additional cleaning around our offices and are allowing non-essential staff to work from home. Our goal is to ensure we are available to take your support calls and continue to ship products while following all official health authorities recommendations.
Our project managers and trainers will be respecting policies to avoid non-essential travel and will be available by phone to answer any technical or training related questions. We also have a variety of videos and training tools on our Online Support Center.
We will continue to adhere to and follow recommendations by world and local health authorities and keep you informed of any decisions we make to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
