Each Vigil System includes Vigil® Reports, a full reporting package that is easy to use and provides real time event data regarding staff response times, call volume and resident activities. Vigil Reports helps you identify trends and needs, effectively allocate staff, and improve fall and incontinence management, resulting in operational improvements. Reports regarding incidents and timely responses can be a critical risk management tool. Vigil’s Snapshot Report can be delivered daily to your email inbox to save you time and keep you informed.
Vigil® Mobile is a smartphone application (app) that can be used on your Apple iPhone or iTouch or Android device. Vigil Mobile allows you to view active calls from your Vigil Integrated Care Management System and provides access to instant, real-time information, facilitating immediate action where needed. The Vigil Mobile call system app may be used as a pager alternative for front line care staff or by senior staff and administrators that need a convenient way to monitor the Vigil System from their mobile device.
