Regular customer support is available Mon to Fri from 8am to 5pm PST.
Emergency support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In the event of an emergency please call our toll-free support line at 1-877-850-1122. If your call occurs during non-office hours you will be asked to leave a detailed message and a Support Center Representative will return your call promptly. Please refer to the list below for a description of situations that qualify as emergencies:
- If no pagers or phones are receiving messages;
- If the Vigil Central Computer is not running; or,
- If the door alarms are not functioning correctly resulting in a breach of security.
